Saturday Food Distributions Begin September 19th!

Denton Community Food Center (DCFC) is expanding our food distribution schedule to include Saturday distributions on the 3rd Saturday of every month, beginning Saturday, September 19, 2026. Appointments will be available from 9:30AM–11:00AM.

If you or your family are struggling with food insecurity, we are here to help. To participate, you must first visit create an account through our reservation system, PantrySoft. Once you are approved, you will be able to make an appointment for one of our distribution days, including our new limited Saturday distributions.

Each household will receive approximately one week’s worth of food, with the ability to choose preferred items from our shopping sheet.

Available foods may include:

• Frozen Meat

• Eggs

• Milk

• Fresh Produce

• Bread and Bakery items

• Pantry Staples and other shelf-stable foods

  
  

For more than 50 years, Denton Community Food Center has been a volunteer-run food pantry, serving our neighbors through the support and generosity of our community. Since 1974, our mission has remained simple: neighbors supporting neighbors.

During these difficult times, we want to make sure no one in our community has to face food insecurity alone. We invite eligible Denton County neighbors that can't come during our normal Monday and Wednesday distribution hours (10:30AM-12:15PM) to take advantage of this additional distribution opportunity and let us help put nutritious food on your table.
