People needing food & qualify for food assistance will be asked to park in a designated area and then come inside for food assistance. Come inside to be interviewed for qualifying and other assistance.

Current Service HOURS & DAYS
10:30 am to 12:15 pm on Monday & Wednesday by APPOINTMENT ONLY
You may receive food no more than once every month.
​
Effective July 1st 2024, we start a new appointment system where anyone requesting food must pre-register on line at our website. Once registered, we will determine if you qualify per USDA/TDA policy, and then notify you to make an appointment on line. All can be done using a computer, e-pad or phone.​
​
Please follow volunteers directions in the parking lot.
Be prepared with picture ID or Food Center card.
Our waiting room has two bathrooms and a water fountain for your use,

A standardized selection of groceries will be provided to each family. Sorry, we must suspend Client Choice temporarily under these extraordinary conditions. Thank you for your patience & understanding.
At this time we are seeking additional volunteers, no special skills or experiences are needed. If you want to volunteer, email Dallas Newell at dallasnewell@my.unt.edu. She will tell you next steps. We appreciate your support and interest in DCFC.

MOBILE PANTRIES:
The Denton Hunger Coalition has suspended the Saturday mobile pantry. visit their FACEBOOK page at "Denton Hunger Coalition for more info.

On the First and Third Tuesday of the month Tarrant Area Food Bank is holding a drive-through pantry on our parking lot from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. You can register for it on site.
