A note regarding COVID-19

The Board of the Denton Community Food Center is committed to taking extra precautions to keep our volunteers, clients and food supply safe.  We are closely monitoring the latest developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidelines of government and public health officials.

We are cleaning and sanitizing surfaces regularly and asking that everyone wash their hands often and thoroughly.  Please stay home if you are feeling ill.

As necessary, we are preparing to make adjustments

in the distribution of food in order to

reduce contact and protect vulnerable individuals in our community.  See details regarding our “Drive-up and park Distribution” below.

We anticipate seeing a larger number of families with school age children requiring food as they may be missing out on school breakfast and lunch programs.

Your donation will go far in helping us meeting this increased demand.

Our sincerest thanks for your support!
